Welcome BCHS Parents!

The Bay City Band Program had an early start with summer band practice this past two weeks. We hope you and your student are excited about the new year!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the Bay City Band Booster Club. As a band parent, you are automatically a member. This organization not only includes the high school band but the junior high as well. The purpose of the organization is to provide financially for the needs of the music program at BCISD and to promote an enthusiastic interest to maintain high standards for the program.

The Bay City Band Booster Club meets once a month in the BCHS Band Hall. Our first meeting is Tuesday, September 8th at 7:00pm. I encourage you to attend this meeting. We will discuss upcoming events planned for the band and our first home football game is just around the corner.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of your participation. We are excited about the new year and look forward to seeing you at our first meeting.
